Introducing the Conrad Badge
It's simple. We still have our point system but it'll all tie into one simple score, your Visibility Score. The higher Visibility Score you have, the more discoverable you are. Your posts rank higher, you show up first when people are looking to send referrals, and more. The more active you are relative to others on the network, the higher your visibility score will be. If you're inactive, your score will go down. Your visibility score refreshes every Monday 9 AM EST.
Think Instagram's blue check back in the day. Your company must be enrolled in order for you to have access to a Conrad Badge. Having a Conrad Badge makes your profile stand out on the network and gives you many other perks.
On our Conrad Pro plan, you'll be able to choose your preferred professions and their locations for your "Match Of The Week". The next 2 tiers of match preferences will be available on Conrad Expert & Conrad Preferred.
A Sneak is a direct message to someone. See someone interesting? Visit their profile and "sneak" into their inbox without sending a referral. It's the quickest way to start talking when you find someone you like.
Simple, whenever you earn points on Conrad you'll get a multiple on top of it. So for example for Conrad Pro, every time you would've earned 10 points on Conrad you'll now earn 11 (1.1x multiplier). This will add up over time along with the boosted visibility score and other perks.
But you can only get the above if your company enrolls (which might take them time)
